Information letter on the extension of the transitional regulation KTW-BWGL Section 4.1
Attached is an information letter on the expiring transitional regulation of the plastic drinking water assessment bases (KTW-BWGL). Please note the content of the letter.
As you can see from the letter, there is the possibility of an extension of the existing transitional regulation KTW-BWGL § 4.1 under certain conditions. The extension can therefore only be requested for existing COVID certificates and applications that were received before February 15, 2023.
Important! The application for the extension of the transitional regulation KTW-BWGL § 4.1 must be actively submitted by your company.
Applications for a transitional arrangement can be submitted to Mr. Özkan Özdemir with immediate effect. Please note that the DVGW registration number to which your application relates must be entered under point 4 of the application, as well as the extension according to the exception rule. A link to the DVGW type examination certificate can also be given under point 3.
