DVGW CERT GmbH has published certification programme ZP 8124 ‘PVC-U piping systems in accordance with DIN EN ISO 1452 for water supply’. The ZP applies to pressure pipes, fittings and valves made of PVC-U, their connections to each other and connections to pipe parts made of other materials. The ZP includes water tapping valves with operating shut-off in accordance with DVGW W 336 and material transition connectors with PVC-metal transition in accordance with DVGW GW 335-B4.
