New Certification Scheme for Polyethylene multilayer pipes according to ISO 21004 for water supply

DVGW CERT publishes the Certification Scheme ZP 8490 “Polyethylene multilayer pipes according to ISO 21004 for water supply”. ZP 8490 covers the certification of multilayer M pipes (e.g. with an aluminium layer) or multilayer P pipes (with an EVOH-layer). The stress-bearing layers of pipes are made of PE, PE-RT or PEX. Applications with reference to ZP 8490 and ISO 21004 can be submitted immediately.
